Northway is a residential HVAC shop. We install, repair, and maintain central air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, indoor air quality systems, and tankless water heaters in Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, and Boone counties. We're a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.

We'll also service whatever brand is in your basement — Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, American Standard, Amana, York, Heil, the works. The factory authorization shapes what we install fresh; it does not limit what we can fix.

AC Repair & Replacement

When your AC stops cooling, we send a NATE-certified tech the same day in 9 of 10 cases. $89 diagnostic fee, credited toward any repair you approve. Written quote on a tablet before any work starts. 30-day labor warranty on every repair.

If your system is past saving, we'll tell you. Northway does straightforward replacement on Carrier (factory-authorized) plus Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, and others. Most full-system replacements done in one to two days.

Furnace Install & Replacement

Carrier Factory Authorized installs across the AFUE range — 80% single-stage starter units to 98% AFUE variable-speed modulating. We pull permits, haul away the old equipment, register your manufacturer warranty, and run a post-install combustion analysis so we know it's right.

Financing through Synchrony and Wells Fargo when you need it. Citizens Energy and IPL rebates plus federal 25C tax credits where they apply.

Comfort Club Maintenance Plans

Two visits a year, one predictable bill. Spring AC tune-up plus fall furnace tune-up. 15% off repairs, priority dispatch when the heat wave hits, waived overtime fees on after-hours emergencies, and a multi-year price lock for three-year sign-ups.

$18.95 per system per month, or $199 per system per year. Cancel any time. Transfers if you sell the house.

Indoor Air Quality

Whole-house humidifiers (Aprilaire), dehumidifiers (Honeywell), 4-inch media filters, HEPA filtration, UV lights for coil sanitization, and ERV/HRV ventilation systems. Cleaner air, controlled humidity, fewer allergy days.

We size to your specific system and ductwork — undersized humidifiers run forever and never reach setpoint, oversized ones sweat the windows. Done right is done right.

24/7 Emergency Service

Heat out at 11pm. AC out in August. Our dispatcher answers and a tech is rolling, average 90 minutes to the metro Indianapolis door. Most after-hours calls finish on the spot with parts off the truck.

After-hours diagnostic is $149 — waived for Comfort Club members. No callout fee on top of it. If we have to come back during business hours for a special-order part, no second diagnostic.

What we don't do.

We don't do commercial rooftop units, geothermal, or new construction. We're a residential service-and-replace shop. If you need commercial HVAC, we'll point you to Frey Mechanical down the street.
